A friendly and international environment to learn new skills
Our teacher training courses provide students with the opportunity to develop their career in teaching by improving their teaching skills. The courses are also an opportunity for teachers to get to know other teachers from around the world.
Lessons are designed to help students improve their language skills while learning new educational methodology that will be useful for in the classroom when teaching English or French as a foreign language.
The key concept of the courses is communication. We use task- based, collaborative and humanistic approaches to create a positive learning environment where the focus is on practical classroom activities. This covers all aspects of English or French language skills - speaking, listening, reading, writing and mediation as well as pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar activities.
Class dynamics include individual, pair and group work, discussions, debates, roleplays, presentations, written tasks and listening exercises. Through a friendly, supportive atmosphere, participants are encouraged to share their own ideas and experience while sharing with other international students.
Participants receive weekly feedback based on both self-evaluation and personal tutorials with the teachers, where objectives are reviewed, progress is discussed and homework is set, if necessary.
