IELTS Visa Information
The UK government has announced important changes to secure English Language test (SELT) for visa purposes. This changes will take place from 6th April 2015.

- What are the changes
From 6 April 2015 the IELTS test will be accepted for visa applications to the UK where the applicant is required to provide proof of their English level.
In addition to the IELTS General Training and IELTS Academic tests, a new type of test called IELTS Life Skills will be introduced.
The IELTS Life Skills test will only be available for candidates who require it for UK visa applications, where lower levels of English language are required. The IELTS Life Skills test will test Speaking and Listening skills only.
The following tests are approved for the UKVI:
