Main attractions
Toronto is home to an incredible variety of entertainment and cultural attractions. Must-sees are the world's tallest building, the CN Tower, and the famous natural beauty of Niagara Falls, which is located a little over an hour from Toronto. Toronto is also home to several professional sports teams (ice hockey, basketball, baseball) and is the third most important live theatre and motion picture city in North America, behind New York and Los Angeles (Toronto is known as Hollywood North). The summer months bring an incredible range of festivals, from the fun and excitement of Caribana (annual Caribbean festival) to the cool sounds of our annual Jazz Festival. Add to that numerous museums, art galleries, night clubs, and cultural attractions which bring to life the history of Toronto and Canada, and you have a full schedule of sights to see and things to do.
