Accommodation

In Florence, students can choose to stay with a host family, in a small hotel, a boarding house or in an apartment.

Host families:
Eurocentres Florence has organized accommodation in host families since 1957. All host families are carefully selected and regularly inspected. When placing students, also special dietary or health are taken into consideration. Italian families are very welcoming and the food is always good. Private accommodation in the historic old part of the city is unfortunately limited, as most buildings are used by companies or contain very expensive rented apartments. Our accommodation is usually 3 - 7 km away and most students have a bus journey of 20 - 30 minutes to school.

Student Residence:
In a student residence the emphasis is on contact between students from all over the world. Centrally located, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. All rooms have private bathrooms and cooking facilities. In some cases cooking facilities are not available.

Hotels, boarding houses:
On request, accommodation can be booked in a small hotel or boarding house. Daily bed and breakfast rates are generally around EUR 100.

Apartments:
Eurocentres will be pleased to provide you with further information about renting furnished rooms, where this is requested in advance.
