Participants from many countries can take a training course in France, Malta, Spain or Switzerland for up to 13 weeks with a simple tourist visa given at the point of entry. For most countries other than members of the European Union, Iceland, and Liechtenstein, a student visa is required for a stay of more than 13 weeks.
