A typical day in an English Language Center course: Most students will attend regular classes M, T, Th, & Fri with special classes being held on a number of Wednesdays throughout the program.

Lesson 1	Work on developing reading and writing skills plus grammar
Lesson 2	Work on developing reading and writing skills plus grammar.
Lesson 3	Developing speaking & listening skills
Lesson 4	Elective Program
Special Wednesday Classes	Work on language skills combined with local community events or programs.
Lunch
Afternoon	Language Learning Center- 3 hours per week required. 2 hours directed by teacher, 1 hour independent study.	Students will be in class 4-5 hours a day. With their free time, students may do independent study in the library or the Language Learning Center or in the student's room. There are also sports available; for example, volleyball, softball, and tennis. In the evening students can watch a movie in the dorm or TV in the lounge, play pool or table tennis, study in the main library, or go to downtown East Lansing with friends.
